About Me

My name is Brenda Norman and I am excited that you are considering The Little Treehouse Preschool!

The Little Treehouse was inspired by my personal passion for art and creative learning, combined with 20 years of experience in early childhood education. This passion has inspired me to expand on that learning and offer my own services.

I am a mother of three, fluent in both Spanish and English and I earned my Bachelors Degree from San Francisco State University with an emphasis in Early childhood Education.

About The School

The Little Treehouse is a home based Spanish immersion preschool with an academic, art and play based curriculum. Learning should be fun, creative, colorful and playful! When a child walks into a classroom it should feel enchaining and inspiring. Hence the name Little Treehouse. This will be an imaginative and safe learning environment for your child.

Spanish Immersion

Speaking another language is a gateway to a more worldly experience. As a dual language preschool, children will have the opportunity to be immersed in the Spanish language to accelerate learning and adoption.

Academic

Our academic curriculum is designed to help children reach their milestones in both Spanish and English.

I promote self exploration of Art and creativity, while catering to each child's unique learning style.

Art

Tapping into creative expression is one of the best ways for children to develop their imagination and critical thinking skills. It is essential to our learning curriculum.

Play

Social skills are formed through play. They learn community, team building and compassion and further taps into creativity.

Food

We offer a combination of conventional and organic menu that's whole foods forward. Food should not only nourish the body, but the mind as well. Better food increases alertness and attention.
